I am selling my 1970 Chevrolet Camaro 350 4 speed. 95% Rust Free.

It is currently registered in California and I have a clean title in my name. This is a very nice driver. Car was originally a 6-cylinder 3 speed on the floor. (still have original trans) 350 and Muncie 4 speed were installed by previous owner. The car starts, runs, drives, and stops great. The following is a detailed description:

BODY: Car has 10+ year old paint job that is showing its age but is still very presentable. There are many spots where the clear coat has started to peel on the roof and trunk. There are many small imperfections throughout the car. It’s a good 15’er. There are some small rust bubbles in a few areas and some paint cracking. Floors, rails, and truck are solid. Doors do not sag and open and close nicely. Bumpers and chrome are straight and in good shape.

MECHANICS: A period correct 350 was recently gone through and runs great. A Duntov spec cam was installed which gives the car a nice idle. Full MSD ignition setup with box, distributor, and coil. Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb installed. Full length headers and H pipe dual exhaust through a Flowmaster muffler. Power steering and Manual brakes, Front discs and drums in rear stop good and straight. Car is equipped with a close ratio Muncie 4 speed with Hurst shifter that operates well though the second gear synchro is beginning to wear which is only noticeable on up shifts. Freshly built 10 bolt with 3:73 Posi. Alt is charging and all lights work. Under dash mounted oil pressure and water temp gauges. Gas gauge works intermittently. Has an aftermarket CD player. Speedometer is not hooked up. Has a column mounted Tac which also controls the ignition/reverse lockout. (this will be explained to the new owner).

WHEELS AND TIRES: Has very nice set of 15” Z28 wheels with caps and rings plus one as the spare. Wrapped in Good BFG T/A Rubber 225/60R15 on all 4 corners.

INTERIOR: Interior is very original. Small tear in drivers seat bottom. Carpet is worn. Headliner is nice and dome light functions. Glass is good with light scratches. Dash pad is warped. Heater and defrosted work great. It is a driver quality interior. Bonus: I had planned on making the car into a Z28 clone, included with the car is everything to do so. Black vinyl hood and Trunk stripes. Rear one-piece spoiler, all correct z28 badging and front chin spoiler.

CONCLUSION: This is a great Driver that you would not be embarrassed to take it to your local car show or cruise night.
