This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible has a well-done color combo, proper V8 power, and all the right cruiser-ready details to be a terrific all-around drop-top driver

The red paint has a bold style that instantly makes this car noticed. This was an upgrade later in life, and so there’s also a good luster that’s going to look awesome every time you go out for a sunny day drive. The black convertible top looks terrific against the red exterior, so you can tell they invested nicely to keep this one looking good when the roof is up. Plus, the black D91 front stripe coordinates with the top, and at the same time, it’s announcing the car’s sporty style. And there are other sporty details, like the Rally wheels with raised white letter tires, bright dual exhaust tips, and D80 rear spoiler. It’s not trying to be a full-on SS aggressor. Instead, it’s just an attractive legendary convertible with the spirit of an easy driver.

The all-black interior sets the right tone you want in a driver’s car. There’s a clean dark presentation on the seats, door panels, and carpeting. You can tell this is a driver’s car by the way it makes you a priority. That means low-back front bucket seats, a gorgeous wood-rimmed sports steering wheel, and an auxiliary gauge trio under the dash. But classic cruising also requires the right soundtrack, and the upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with USB and Bluetooth makes sure you get to pick what’s ideal for you.

Under the hood is the Chevy 327 cubic-inch V8. It looks good with an overall tidy style and nice Edelbrock upgrades such as the finned valve covers and a bright air grabber. And there are features for added performance, such as the Holley four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum intake, and headers feeding the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. It’s nothing overboard or overblown… just a fun V8 cruiser. That’s why you also have good driving features like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, and front discs.
