This tidy 1968 Camaro is subtle, no doubt about that, but with a great-running small block V8 under the hood, an automatic transmission, and a few horsepower upgrades, it runs like it should be painted bright red. Grotto Blue might work even better today than when it was new, giving this car a sporty look that’s not too over-done. Obviously this car doesn’t have to prove anything, so they kept it low-key, adding black stripes, a cowl-induction hood, and some SS badges, just to keep everyone guessing. The body itself is in good condition and doesn’t show any of the usual maladies that affect lesser cars, and it appears that the quarter panels are fresh, so you know there won’t be any nasty surprises waiting underneath. The light paint doesn’t hide anything, so the gaps had to be tight and they clearly spent a bit of extra time to line everything up
